someone once said to me that the way you love someone can actually change their life.
this has stuck with me.
I sometimes expect that for love to be perfect and true it needs to be grand, beautiful, full of large big roses, suprises sweet nothings, gwapo crushes, and yes love might sometimes look like those, but perfect love is really far different from it. It’s actually that kind of love which does not demand to be reciprocated, the simple things that go unnoticed, the sacrifices that were not even mentioned. And I pray to desire and give that kind of love, that selfless, ordinary but true love.
